Ms. Lauber has worked in Clay County for 15+ years, primarily focusing on family law, including divorce, child custody, modification, paternity, and legal separation. She serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Clay and Jackson County and focuses on family law mediation as a way of resolving difficult problems with compassion and care.

Jennifer S. Wagner

Born in St. Charles, Missouri, Jennifer is a graduate of Duchesne High School. Ms. Wagner is a graduate of Truman State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1995. She then received her Juris Doctor at the University of Tulsa in 1998 and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2000.

Ms. Wagner has practiced in the areas of real estate, probate, and estate planning, but she now practices exclusively in the area of family law, including adoption, divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, modifications, and paternity. Ms. Wagner is frequently appointed as a Guardian ad Litem in family law matters and also offers mediation services.

Breahn (“Brea”) Vokolek is a Kansas City native, having graduated from Oak Park High School. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri at Columbia, receiving a B.S.B.A. in Business-Finance, in 2005. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 2008.
